dokuwikiにetherpad-liteプラグインをインストールする

インストール自体は管理者でログインして、右上の「管理」→「拡張機能管理」→「検索とインストール」でetherpadを検索してインストールすればよい。
問題は設定方法。
説明によるとplugin managerで設定をするらしいが、plugin managerはExtension Manager Pluginに置き換えられていて、こちらではどうも設定できない？？
しょうがないのでファイルを直接編集する。ファイルの場所は
/var/www/html/example.com/wiki/lib/plugins/etherpadlite/conf/default.php
以下の４つを編集すればよい

$conf['etherpadlite_url']    = 'http://beta.etherpad.org';
$conf['etherpadlite_apikey'] = 'EtherpadFTW';
$conf['etherpadlite_group']  = 'mydokuwiki';
$conf['etherpadlite_domain'] = 'cookie.domain.org';
