nginx自体はyumでインストールしていたが、rtmp配信を可能にするモジュールnginx-rtmp-moduleはついていないので、nginxのビルドからやり直す必要がある。
同じようなことをしている方はそれなりにいるが、このサイトが最もわかりやすかった。
